Summer 2013 “Talking The Talk”

Terry Franzén will discuss Reverse Mortgage Fraud Prevention and Risk Management at ACI’s 8th Mortgage Fraud Summit in San Francisco in July.  Also in July, Terry will discuss managing and defending against claims arising from loan servicing including foreclosures, implementing effective loss mitigation strategies and complying with the new regulations at ACI’s 16th Consumer Finance Class Actions and Litigation Conference in Chicago.  In September, Terry will speak at ACI’s 12th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement in Dallas. Terry is also the featured speaker for the 2013 quarterly Automotive Training Solutions Webinar.  The upcoming webinars are scheduled for September 10th and December 2nd. 

Loretta Salzano will provide an update on the CFPB and how it impacts title and closing agents at the Mississippi Bar Convention in Florida and address the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta regarding the regulatory challenges facing depository institutions in July.  Loretta will speak at RESPRO’s 2013 Regulatory Compliance Conference in Nashville in September.   In October, Loretta will speak at FFIEC’s examiner training program on Ability to Repay, Qualified Mortgages, Risk Retention and Qualified Residential Mortgages in Arlington and at ALTA’s annual convention in Palm BeachLoretta will discuss the new servicing rule at ACI’s Mortgage Servicing Compliance Conference in Washington, DC in November. 

Sharmin Arefin spoke on advertising in the auto industry at the GIADA convention in Atlanta in July. 

Jenny Dozier presented at the FFIEC’s Examiner training program in July on Ability to Repay, Qualified Mortgages and Qualified Residential Mortgages.  Jenny will speak at the NAPMW Fall Conference in New Orleans in September.
