Spring 2014 “Talking The Talk”

Terry Franzén spoke on “The Latest Targets in the Auto Financing Industry” at ACI’s 18th Consumer Finance Class Actions and Litigation conference in Los Angeles in April.  Terry will also address the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference in San Diego in May. In June, Terry will speak on “Avoiding USAAP Claims and Claims of Discriminatory Practice/Disparate Impact in the Context of Mortgage Servicing” at ACI’s Mortgage Servicing Compliance Conference in Dallas.

Loretta Salzano discussed “Due Diligence of Third Party Vendors” at ACI’s Residential Mortgage Litigation and Enforcement Conference in Washington, D.C. in April.  Also in April, Loretta spoke on “Impact of Ability to Repay and Qualified Mortgages on ABAs” and “Third Party Vendor Management” at RESPRO’s 2014 Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.  Loretta will speak at the MBA’s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference in San Diego in May.  Also in May she’ll talk about the RESPA-TILA Integrated Disclosure and CFPB Enforcement at the Real Property Institute in Savannah, will address the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia in Destin and will speak on “The CFPB and You – A Lender Perspective” at the Atlanta Mortgage Bankers Association’s Board of Realtors meeting.   Loretta will discuss “Non-QM Products” at the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia’s Education Session in Atlanta in June.
