We are pleased to announce that Randy Winningham is working with our firm as an Analyst performing regulatory compliance and internal audits. Randy focuses on reviewing clients’ loans, policies and procedures for compliance with ECOA, HMDA, TILA, RESPA, HMDA, FCRA and other federal and state laws. He also performs anti-money laundering, fair lending, flood insurance and foreclosure audits.
Randy received a B.A. in Finance from the University of South Carolina in 1985 and his MBA from the University of Georgia in 1987. Randy’s career has included management, compliance and audit positions in the mortgage and finance industries, often installing compliance and audit functions for mortgage companies. Randy was also an examiner with the Montana Division of Banking and Financial Institutions.
