Please welcome our new associate, Forrest Pearce, to the firm! Forrest practices in the firm’s consumer lending regulatory compliance area. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Wake Forest University in 2009 and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2012. While at Emory, Forrest served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He also studied International and Comparative Business Law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. Prior to joining the firm, Forrest worked for a commercial litigation firm in Atlanta, where he focused on insurance related litigation. He is admitted to practice in Georgia.
