Terry Franzén provided “Mortgage Quick Shots” at the Georgia Bankers Association Financial Risk Management Conference in Atlanta and spoke at the 2012 CRA and Fair Lending Colloquium on “Keeping up with the CFPB” in San Antonio in November. Terry will also speak at ACI’s 10th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Enforcement conference on “Overcoming Contested Foreclosures, Responding to Borrower Counterclaims, and Defending Against Claims Relating to Loan Servicing, MERS, and Standing” in San Francisco in January.
This month, Loretta Salzano addressed loan originator compensation at the MBA’s inaugural Independent Mortgage Bankers Conference in Dallas. She plans to speak in March at ALTA’s Business Strategies Conference in Oklahoma City and at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank’s Compliance Conference in Orlando.
