Updated NMLS Call Reports NMLS Release 2015.1
The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (“NMLS”) is updating the Mortgage Call Report (“MCR”), which state-licensed entities use to report quarterly residential mortgage loan activity data and annual data regarding financial condition through the NMLS. The new MCR will be deployed on April 1, 2015, which is the beginning of the reporting period for the first quarter of 2015.
