Nathan Bowden  focuses his practice on litigation, compliance, licensing, and regulatory matters affecting lenders and other providers of consumer financial services.  Nathan has experience representing clients under various consumer protection statutes, including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, the Fair Housing Act, and the FDCPA, with a particular focus on issues of privacy and information security under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and related state statutes.  Nathan also advises and represents lenders in certain areas of state law, including the resolution of real estate title issues, the defense of wrongful foreclosure actions, and the protection and redemption of security interests that have been affected by delinquent taxes or tax sales.  Nathan graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University in 1992 with a B.A. in Psychology.  He graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1997.  Nathan has extensive editorial and publishing experience and has served as an adjunct professor at Southampton College in New York.  Nathan joined Franzén and Salzano in 2003.  Nathan is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York.
