 Therese G. Franzén is one of the firm's founding partners and manages the firm’s consumer financial services litigation and employment law practice. Terry is Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Consumer Financial Services Committee and a Fellow and member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Attorneys. She serves on the Governing Committee of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law and is Vice President of the Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Coalition. She graduated summa cum laude with honors from the University of Georgia in 1977 with a B.A. in History. She graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1980. Prior to founding Franzén and Salzano, P.C. in 1997, Terry served as General Counsel at Fleet Finance. Before joining Fleet in 1989, Terry managed the Commercial Litigation Department at an Atlanta firm, Lambreth, Bonapfel, Cifelli & Stokes, P.A. (now Lamberth, Cifelli, Stokes, and Stout, PA) and spent two years as an assistant solicitor prosecuting primarily domestic violence cases in Cobb County, Georgia. Terry is admitted to practice in Georgia.
