Upcoming Events
Terry Franzen will chair the ABA’s Consumer Financial Services Committee Meeting in Denver in April and will also chair the same meeting in San Francisco in August. Terry will also speak at the NBI conference on defending against the Rambo litigator in Atlanta in June.
In May, Loretta Salzano will address the new Truth in Lending Act advertising rules at MBA’s Legal Issues Conference in Coronado and at ACI’s 4th Forum on Financial Services Marketing Compliance in New York City. Also in May, Loretta will update the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia on recent legislative and regulatory changes. Loretta will discuss the new RESPA rules for Campus MBA in April and for the October Research Group at a webinar in May and at its National Settlement Services Summit in Cleveland in June. |
