Marcus G. Keegan joined the firm’s litigation practice in May 2007. Marcus graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1995, receiving his B.A., cum laude, in Criminology, and minoring in Political Science. Marcus obtained his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law in 2002. After graduating from law school, Marcus was one of three law school graduates nationwide selected to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Honors Attorney Program. In that position, Marcus litigated employment discrimination cases throughout the state of Georgia as a trial attorney and provided legal advice to EEOC investigators. After leaving the EEOC in September 2004, Marcus was an associate at Miles, McGoff & Moore, LLC, where his practice consisted of employment litigation and general business litigation, including mortgage fraud litigation. Marcus is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
