Keary Floyd practices in the firm's collection litigation practice. Keary graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999 with a B.A. in History and a minor in English. He received his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2002. He began his legal career as an attorney for the Florida Department of Children and Family Services, where he was responsible for advocating on behalf of the State of Florida for the safety of abused and abandoned children. From October 2004 to June 2006 Keary served as a contract attorney for Nextra Litigation Solutions (then a subsidiary of the Columbia, SC law firm Nexsen, Pruet, Adams & Kleemeier). In June 2006, he joined the Georgia Secretary of State’s Securities Division as an attorney where he worked until joining Franzén and Salzano, P.C. in October 2006. Keary is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida.
