Terry Franzén, one of the founders of our firm, is active with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Terry is a cancer survivor and for the last several years has been captain of a relay team that participates in an all-night celebration of survivorship and raises money for cancer research and support programs. Leslie Howell is a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Gwinnett County. Casas por Cristo

Gwinnett Sexual Assault Center (GSAC-CAC)
John H. Bedard, Jr., one of our firm partners, has been active with the Gwinnett Sexual Assault Center since 2000. Nationally recognized for its exemplary program and services, GSAC-CAC provides comprehensive care and treatment for victims and families impacted by crimes of sexual assault and/or child sexual abuse. The IMPACT! Group
Terry Franzén has been active with The IMPACT! Group since 1997, and served as Board President for six years. The firm is pro bono counsel to the organization. The IMPACT! Group, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development corporation, which offers a range of housing services from homelessness to home ownership in Georgia, providing emergency and transitional housing services for homeless families, revitalizing low-income neighborhoods and creating safe and decent communities for low- and moderate-income families. The Group also provides home buyer and home owner education, comprehensive housing counseling, and financial services such as mortgages and down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers and homeowners. The Latin American Association
Michelle Canter and Marcus Keegan offer legal assistance for the Latin American Association. The LAA provides transitional services and development programs to the Latino community and fosters awareness about the contributions made by Latinos within the larger community. Rainbow Village, Inc.
Loretta Salzano, one of the firm’s founders, serves as Rainbow Village’s Legal Counsel, Secretary and as Advisory Committee Chair and as Secretary. Rainbow Village helps homeless families through the crisis of homelessness and on the road to self-sufficiency by providing

Thornwell Home & School provides a nurturing environment to children whose lives have been shattered by death, abuse, neglect, displacement and abandonment. Marcus Keegan provides legal services for Traveler's Aid of Atlanta. Traveler's Aid provides emergency services to stranded, disabled, and mentally-ill travelers.
