 Shannon M. Howe concentrates her practice on state and federal regulatory compliance. She focuses on both origination and servicing requirements. She received her B.S. degree from Michigan State University, James Madison College in 1993 and graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1996. She began her legal career in Michigan where she spent two years as in-house corporate counsel for Rock Financial Corporation. Upon her relocation to Atlanta in January 1999, Shannon joined Franzén and Salzano. Shannon is admitted to practice in Georgia and Michigan.
